Thanks for visiting my portfolio! My name is Haley; I am a creative, strategist, and leader with a passion for leveraging design to create innovative solutions and drive digital transformation. As a design system lead, I leverage the efficiency and consistency of design systems to create scalable change in a fast-paced, agile environment. I focus my design solutions around the user, ensuring a consistent and delightful customer experience, from visuals and interactions to content and language.
I create processes and practices that allow collaboration to scale across product, design, and engineering. I create communication and education practices to create a culture where team members throughout the organization can both adopt and contribute to our design practices. This encourages decision-making and solutions that span the breadth and depth of the multiple products our design system powers.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me on the field hockey turf coaching the next generation of young leaders.
